Can tourists buy from a St. Croix dispensary?

Yes, once dispensaries open. Any adult 21 or older can purchase cannabis with a government-issued photo ID. Non-residents pay a $20 visitor fee per purchase plus 18% sales tax. No medical card or pre-registration is required.
