
Medical Marijuana Passes VI Legislature
Medical Marijuana passes the USVI Legislator and now waits for the Governor’s signature.

The Medical Cannabis Patient Care Act (MCPCA) has passed the US Virgin Islands Legislature. The MCPCA now heads to Governor Mapp for his signature. Once signed, Medical Marijuana will be legal in the US Virgin Islands.
Voting in favor of the bill were Senators Roach, Sanes, Sarauw, Jackson, DeGraff, Smith and Blyden. Voting against the bill were Senators Rivera-O’Reilly, Vialet and Francis. Senators Millin Young and Hanse were absent.
